This notice describes how Palmframe handles information submitted through this website. Features that are not enabled do not collect data merely because they are described here.
Information you choose to provide
When the contact form is available, Palmframe may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, current website, project type, package interest, contact consent, and the project details you submit. The form may also record the referring page and campaign parameters so Palmframe can understand how the inquiry arrived.
How the information is used
Inquiry information is used to evaluate your request, contact you, prepare a scope or proposal, provide requested services, protect the form from abuse, and maintain necessary business records.
Where inquiry information goes
Palmframe uses email as the operational record for inquiries and does not keep a separate website lead database. Cloudflare hosts the site and its Turnstile service checks form submissions for abuse. Resend processes accepted submissions for email delivery. Those providers may process technical and inquiry information needed to provide their services.
Retention and security
Unconverted inquiry emails are normally deleted within 12 months after the last substantive contact. Client, payment, agreement, approval, and tax records may be kept longer when needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
If Google Ads measurement is enabled, the Google tag loads only after you choose “Allow measurement” in the notice shown on this site. Declining does not load that tag. An accepted project request may then send an advertising-conversion event containing an opaque submission identifier, not the name, email, phone number, or message entered in the form. The site stores the allow/decline choice in your browser. When measurement is available, you can reopen the choice using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Palmframe does not use enhanced conversions or send hashed contact details to Google at launch.
Selling personal information
Palmframe does not sell inquiry information. Submitted details are not added to unrelated marketing lists.
Your choices
You may ask Palmframe to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons. Use the project contact form and identify the request as a privacy matter.
